KEY PRINCIPALS: Reed A. Miller: Prior to Hanover, Mr. Miller was a Vice President at Eastdil Realty, where he specialized in the financing and sales of office and hospitality assets. In addition, Mr. Miller was active in the restructuring of distressed real estate, which including recapitalizing the assets with the placement of equity and debt. Mr. Miller has been responsible for the execution of transactions valued in the billions of dollars, as principal or investment banker. Mr. Miller holds a BA in Business Administration from New England College. William Caulfield: Mr. Caulfield has over 20-years experience in commercial real estate, where he has been involved with acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, restructurings, sales, new development, redevelopment leasing and property management of all commercial real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Hanover as Director of Asset Management, Mr. Caulfield spent 12 years on Wall Street primarily as a Vice President/Asset Manager with Lehman Brothers and PaineWebber (now part of UBS). After leaving Wall Street and prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Caulfield has worked as a principal or consultant for a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Caulfield holds a BS in Finance from St. John’s University and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University – CW Post Campus. Kimberly Schutheiss: In February 2006, Ms. Schultheiss joined Hanover as Vice President of Operations and Finance. In this role Ms. Schultheiss is responsible for all of Hanover’s cash management, financial reporting, and investor relations. Ms. Schultheiss was formerly employed as an independent financial and accounting consultant to a number of businesses in a variety of industries. From 1991 to 1998, working as Chief Financial Officer for a New York City Investment Banking firm, Ms. Schultheiss oversaw all cash management, financial and regulatory reporting and staff management. After graduating from Pace University with a BBA in Public Accounting, Ms. Schultheiss began her accounting career with Arthur Andersen focusing primarily on the financial services industry. Ms. Schultheiss also holds a Master’s degree from Iona College. |
