Hanover Real Estate Partners is a privately held real estate investment company, based in Greenwich, Connecticut that owns, manages and invests for itself and its investors in commercial real estate, including office, hospitality, retail and residential properties located throughout the United States. Hanover has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, including investment, ownership, asset management, financial advisory, development and mortgage banking. A major part of this experience has been devoted to acquiring and successfully repositioning distressed and under performing real estate assets, including many off-market transactions. Hanover currently owns and manages institutional grade real estate properties containing an aggregate of 2.4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space and hotels containing over 600 rooms with a total market value in excess of $650 million.
